  My Background & Experience I am a mechanic. I know absolutely nothing about software, programming, or coding. I only managed to uncover these issues through hours of pure tenacity and by utilizing an AI assistant to guide me through manual system steps. There is no physical way I could have "hacked" or modified this phone myself. How I Discovered the Infection I didn't just stumble on this randomly—I actually caught the issue through Cash App. The system started exhibiting bizarre, unauthorized behavior when I was using the app, which forced me to dig deeper and look into what was running in the background of my device. Carrier Failure & Customer Service Response When I contacted Cricket Wireless for assistance with this compromised device, they refused to help in every way possible. Instead of investigating a security issue, they essentially called me a liar and claimed I hacked my own phone. Technical Obstacles & Malware Behavior This malware operates at an administrative, system-level depth from the very beginning of the boot process. It exhibits the following persistent behaviors: Factory Reset Resiliency: Performing a factory reset does not clear the infection; it simply reinstalls and reactivates the malware systems upon reboot. Disabled Security Modes: The software actively blocks access to both Safe Mode and Developer Options, preventing standard troubleshooting or manual overrides. The Three Target Programs/Packages to Watch For: Through deep, manual auditing of system permissions (including All Files Access, Wi-Fi Control, and Usage Data Access), we isolated three core components being exploited to lock down the device and run unauthorized background processes: Retail Mode: The primary application used to override standard user control and force administrative restrictions. Enterprise Adapter Service: Utilized at a system level to mimic corporate/enterprise management and block access to critical settings like Safe Mode. Media Picker: Exploited alongside the other packages to maintain unauthorized background activity and data access permissions. And these people do not care they only hang up on you once they know you know the truth. I'm just real thank full that I'm poor honestly cause what they got from me wasn't much. But what I found in them doing so will burn them more in the end. I've sent this to every platform I can I've emailed the FCC. And I contacted Motorola! Not that anyone will help but it makes me feel better to act.

  Leo, Jeralyn and Monnica were all so helpful. they new exactly were the items were that we needed. the staff had an ease of flow that made us feel no claustrophobia. all staff members wore masks at all times. they are always so nice when we have to go in. always professional and know their stuff. Leo was very good at helping us navigate the transfer of data from our old phone to our new phone. Leo helped us navigate a new app feature that was beyond user friendly and the type of accessibility our family needs. Much appreciated.
