Can you give more than 3 stars to anything in Lake County? There was not really anybody here when I went. The lady at the desk was amazing and compassionate!! Very big area I saw a pool table and lots of tables. It still felt kind of off though. Over all The Best western are decent

Never seen a Best Western in this shape. Breakfast is not included and the restaurant on premise was closed. The location is great and the pictures on the website made it an easy decision. Must be old pictures. This coupled with a substantial room fee set high expectation. I am thoroughly disappointed.

the hotel itself is alright, the hot swimming pool is rather a warm jacuzzi but thats not a big issue to me. i was just unlucky that day, but why people need to be explicitly told not to be loud at 2AM, why people need to be told that your damn TV too loud at 2AM for that thin paper walls, why people need to be told that your kid is your kid and no one wants to hear his yelling at midnight? That seems to be so obvious for ones and too difficult to others

Was unable to book room due to it being after midnight. Was stranded with no place to go & the guy at the front desk just said sorry can’t rent you room even though they had rooms available. Was forced to sleep in car. I am also a Priceline vip platinum member. Have never been turned down for a room for it being “too late”.

They need to invest in upgrading the pool. Clearlake is very hot in the summer months. That pool is small and heated. It is located in a small room that feels like a humid sauna. It is not even comfortable to sit in there to watch your kids swim. Also, the lobby is also very hot and humid in the summer. The staff has always been friendly. The rooms are kind of pricy for how outdated they are. I have never had an experience where they were dirty though.
