- GCGreg C3 days ago1.0My daughter shipped visa documents from this store. A subset of the documents were received at the intended destination but the passport, money order and photos were missing and the envelope that was received did not match the envelope that was dropped off. There was no record of damage to the package while in transit. Not sure where the documents were lost or taken but recommend others to be careful shipping important items.

- ATAlexa TapiaMay 28, 20261.0Usually, I have pretty good experiences at this location. However, a month ago, I returned two packages from two different brands, Fashion Nova and Outcast. They got mixed up somehow (which I’m sure was not me, because I only printed a shipping label for the Outcast package and attached it, and for the Fashion Nova package it was a QR code), since I received an email from Outcast that they received the wrong package. I called the UPS store and they said they have no way of tracking it because I didn’t ship through them, even though I paid for shipping. They said FashionNova has a business account with them so if they receive the wrong packages they can be returned to the store. However, Fashion nova said they cannot do that. I’m at a loss for what to do. The package has 200 worth of clothes and no one seems to be able to help me track this package.

Even according to the message I got on the phone they should have been open. In the past, when I went there in person, they have generally been efficient and friendly.
