  Terrible customer service online order was place well over an hour before and still waiting 15 mins once the order was ready on the app, however the online order was received and confirmed by the supervisor Maria(blonde hair with glasses) as that what Fernando(tall glasses long hair) said was her name. I understand its busy however this is expected in this work environment however and what made the rest of the team fall apart was lack of leadership as the Supervisor was dealing with 2 other complaints over the phone, when they correct course of action should have been to redirect the customer on the phone to customer service in an appropriate way instead of further escalation and arguing on the phone with the customer while creating other issues. Not once did the supervisor try to aliviate her staff by help as she was on the phone.

  Love everything in this subway the lady that she works here she was so nice with my kids and the food was so yummy 🤍

  Entire staff provided great customer service! Vegetables were fresh. Highly recommend for a quick lunch!

  Very poor customer service. There was only one girl working extremely slow. Extra long wait. Her name was Beth she made my sandwiches the sloppiest I've ever had it made at any subway. Very upsetting will not be going back there again. I advise anyone else drive a little more to a different location, you will not be satisfied coming to this one.
