  Just an unusual experience! The employee there was being just horribly disrespectful to an older nice gentlemen. Talking to him like crap! And then refused to add any condiments on my wife’s salami and ham sub. Stated she can only put mayo, tomatoes and lettuce. She REFUSED to put anything else on it! Even when she offered to pay extra. My daughter was just hungry! But she had no problem adding stuff to the Italian sub! Makes no sense. The worst part is that we were was telling my neighbor what happened. And he knew exactly who I was talking about. Female with dark hair and tattoos. And that she also works at the one on Indian hill and arrow. So this is an ongoing thing! It is unacceptable! And I bet management has been informed and has done nothing! You continue to ignore it! Do your research. I’m willing to bet we are not the first family she has done this too! If you’re not happy with your job, leave! But don’t make other people feel uncomfortable in a place where you are supposed to feel safe to enjoy your food. Remind me again, what is subways motto? How can we eat fresh!? If we can’t get anything fresh that we wanted?

  Terrible customer service online order was place well over an hour before and still waiting 15 mins once the order was ready on the app, however the online order was received and confirmed by the supervisor Maria(blonde hair with glasses) as that what Fernando(tall glasses long hair) said was her name. I understand its busy however this is expected in this work environment however and what made the rest of the team fall apart was lack of leadership as the Supervisor was dealing with 2 other complaints over the phone, when they correct course of action should have been to redirect the customer on the phone to customer service in an appropriate way instead of further escalation and arguing on the phone with the customer while creating other issues. Not once did the supervisor try to aliviate her staff by help as she was on the phone.
