  I come here weekly as I work nearby and my sandwiches have always been great but ever since they hired a new employee, it has been mid and service is rude. They dont wear name tags but she is constantly on the phone in her airpod and talking. Even when she asks me a question, she will immediatley talk to the person on the phone and then get my order wrong. I talk very loud and clear and she was still asking me to repeat myself or when I said no cheese, she was talking on the phone and then said “american right?” as she put cheese on my sandwich which I corrected. She is careless and a warm body to clock in with no regard for customer service. This is my third encounter with her and im just gonna have to go to a different subway from now on.
