  Super service!! Thank you! Store was organized, clean, several customers had room to work on projects in self serve area. Only took a couple minutes to be helped.

  I have been coming to this location for a few years now and I usually see the same smiling, personable, professional agents. However during my recent visit, an agent named Jelly helped me and it was a very different experience. She never smiled, had somewhat of an attitude throughout the entire transaction. But what was the most disappointing was when she slapped my receipt down on the counter and said "there you go, next." Not even a thank you! She would benefit from some serious customer service training. C'mon fedex, with the high prices you charge, you can and should do better!
