  I went to this UPS last week and received excellent service from the ladies working there, they helped me with the labels and answered all my questions, overall great service.

  It is my experience that the staff at UPS Broadway store are friendly, professional and respectful. I have never had a problem when I go to the UPS Store. I actually look forward to going, as they always make me feel welcome and comfortable. It has been this way, it is each and every time that I go into this UPS Store. I have been going here for almost a year now. In addition, I do not plan to go to another UPS Store, when I can get this quality service and professional, friendly service. Thank you Iris and Vanessa! It's always nice seeing you! Thanks for doing such a great job! m~

  IRIS the account manager at the time was having a bad day when I arrived. She was arguing with a customer upon my entrance to the store, saying they were wrong about something. When it came to my turn, I showed her my prepaid shipping label with the barcode to scan. Everytime I have shipped a package they scan my label and it prints out with their label printer. She insisted that this could not be done and I was required to print the label and pay $3. I had to ship the package so I did it after we argued back and forth for a few minutes. She made this a horrible experience, will not be returning to this location. And I will be calling corporate as well. Thanks IRIS.
