  False advertising: You guys advertise as a blueprinting service shop when you don't even have one copier. Your old and outdated website describes all the services you provide: B&W and color large format prints, renderings, project spec.'s, safety manuals when in reality you don't even make regular copies. All this store does is ship packages and collect Amazon returns. The staff is helpful but if someone needs blueprints, we shouldn't find you online to drive there and realize your UPS store website is full of lies. Vons moved out of that shopping center years ago and your website still refers to it as the Vons shopping center. Pay someone to update your outdated website. Don't waste people's time.
