  Overpriced. $2 for a single print!? Take the additional 2min to drive to the UPS store on Dennery Rd/Palm Ave theyre super friendly and only around .20cents to print

  I don't know her name because they don't wear badges that show their name. But the lady in the afternoon Is often by herself and doesn't really know how to scan packages. She told a customer that the label was not valid even though it was. And then scans it again it works. Does not apologize for her mistake. This wasn't the first time. Lose the attitude or find another job. She's been there long enough to know the rules. Just wasting time and there's a long line waiting. I don't know why it's so hard to get efficient people to work here. It's a long line and she's huffing and puffing. Last time she made a comment about how many packages someone had and gestured it was a pain for her to scan so many packages. That is none of your business lady. It's your job if you don't like it then please find a better one.
