  I was given a very rude attitude towards my special needs group. Was refused a small cup of water and the code to the bathroom even though i was paying for my meal. The staff there then started gossiping to her other employees and costumers about us in a bad way. Never going back there again.

  No veggie patties at this location. I was on foot that day and walked 2/3 of a mile to get something to eat during a break and walked back to work hungry. I've never been to a Subway that doesn't sell the veggie patties before. They weren't out, they don't sell them here.

  On December 31st at 12:10 PM, I visited a location and ordered a Veggie Delight. There were two ladies working at the time, and I chose to eat my sandwich inside. After taking a few bites, I discovered a hair in my food. I showed it to one of the employees named Susan, who is Asian. Instead of apologizing, she asked how the hair got there and whether it was big or small. This is not how a Subway employee should treat a customer, regardless of the situation. Although I remained quiet at the moment, I ultimately decided to throw away the sandwich and determined that I would never return again.
