    I can't believe that Subway, being such a big chain, only has one employee. Several branches I've been to are like that. You ask them something and they answer rudely because they're obviously busy. This bad review isn't for the employee, it's for the chain. They want to make a lot of money and give us terrible service.

    If I could give 0 stars I would! The staff is absolutely rude and are very dismissive towards customers. Never coming back!

    WORST SUBWAY, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! MY ELDERLY PARENTS WANTED A SANDWHICH FOR LUNCH AND WERE TREATED VERY RUDELY BY THE STAFF, WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY SAW THE SELF ORDER MACHINE BUT DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT, WHEN THEY ASKED THE STAFF FOR HELP THEY WERE RUDE AND DENIED THEM SERVICE. A KINDA YOUNG MAN WHO SAW THE WHOLE SITUATION STEPPED FORWARD TO HELP THEM ORDER WITH THE MACHINE. WHEN MY PARENTS STEPPED NEAR THE COUNTER TO ASK FOR HELP THE RUDE STAFF SENT THEM AWAY TELLING THEM THEY HAD TO SIT DOWN, THAT THEY COULD'T BE NEAR THE COUNTER. THEY FELT UNWELCOMED AND HUMILIATED ALL BECAUSE THEY ASKED FOR HELP WHILE ORDERING, THE STAFF TREATED THEM VERY POORLY. EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOBODY TRIED TO HELP US WITH THEIR ORDER, THERE WAS TWO EMPLOYEES THERE WITH THE SAME VERY RUDE ATTITUDE. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

    Horrible experience here. It was my first and. Last time in this establishment. Cashier was ok. The manager on duty I think by far has been the worst encounter I have had in a few years. Did not acknowledge anyone. Give off a friendly environment. Which is absurd don't you deal with people all day and the way you treat people will improve your business and productivity level. Subway I would HIGHLY reconsider having this type of body representing your brand. My kids drop their drink. So I hurried and cleaned off the tables wiped them dry and helped with cleaning up my childs mess. When I asked for more cleaning supplies he gave me a 5 x 5 handpaper towels. Honestly what was I going to a accomplish with that. I walked off continued to clean and it bothered me so much that I went to complain to the cashier who had a warmer face and to my surprise she said he was the manager. Such a disappointment. I let him know that his attitude and customer service was horrible and that he needed to work on it. All he said was oh yeaaahhhhhh realllyyy well you would to if I made a mess like this. I immediately looked up at him. Wished him the day he deserved and left. Horrible environment for your guest.
