  I had a massive amount of scanning to do. The representative. Robert went far, and beyond to help me out. There was countless times that I was stuck on certain things. He took the time and patients to come by and help me out. It’s hard to find people like that in these days. This guy should be greatly rewarded. I’ll definitely will be back to this facility because of him.

  I received the wrong package at my house and called their location to come drop it off to return to sender. I asked if they could take it and specified it was a metal fence and they said to check the label and if it had a letter F or G or H that I could bring it in. When I arrived they declined taking the package because "it's too big" and told me I had to go to another location OR I can throw it in the trash outside. I don't understand why that couldn't have been specified by them over the phone. I just think it's ridiculous that you're trying to do the right thing and return it to fedex and fedex won't take it back AND I have to take any more time of my day and waste more of my gas in this economy to take it to a different fedex is crazy.

  Store associates Carlos and Jaime did a PERFECT job in packaging my parcel and arranging my shipment for me. I walked in with a particular set of needs for a fragile item. Jaime persistently followed through with ensuring that my package would be in the right hands. Carlos then communicated with me throughout the pre-shipment process. Between the two gentlemen who were SUPER kind towards me, my shipment was able to arrive on time, in the same condition as when I dropped off the item at the FedEx office. As well, Carlos and Jaime worked towards obtaining a shipping rate that was very fair. I would not have been able to transport a fragile item without their care and attention. Please recognize Carlos and Jaime for their AWESOME hard work on my particular needs for a parcel. And please shop at this location of FedEx!
