  ⚠️ WARNING — DO NOT SEND VALUABLE PACKAGES TO THIS FEDEX LOCATION. I had an extremely serious and disturbing experience at this location. I specifically had a valuable package shipped to this FedEx location for pickup because I believed it would be safer than having it delivered to my home. The package was addressed to ME, under my name, and I was supposed to pick it up with my government-issued photo ID. However, when I arrived at the store, I was shocked to learn that my package had already been released to someone else. I NEVER picked it up and NEVER authorized anyone else to pick it up on my behalf. The package contained valuable jewelry, which is exactly why I chose FedEx Hold at Location instead of having it delivered to my home. If a package addressed to me can be released to another person, then what protection does this service actually provide? I have opened a case with FedEx and filed a police report. I am requesting that FedEx fully investigate exactly who picked up my package, what identification was presented, who released it, and what happened at this location. This has been an incredibly stressful and unacceptable experience. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL SENDING ANYTHING VALUABLE TO THIS LOCATION. Based on my experience, I would absolutely NOT trust this location with jewelry, expensive merchandise, or anything that cannot easily be replaced.

  Staff are AWESOME!!! They will service you and complete your project project as soon as possible. Staff are courteous and nice. Down to earth and care for the customers.
