  Don’t even think about coming here because in order for you to drop off a package or even if it’s a return package they charge you a holding fee just because it’s in a hotel and you have to park really far and walk throughout the whole hotel just to get onto the other side complete waste of time

  IMPORTANT! I hope Fedex management sees this. I do not have his name but whomever was the assistant store manager on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at about 2:30 PM is genuinely an angel. I stupidly waited until last minute for Mother's Day and decided to print photos at CVS since they are available same day. CVS screwed me and couldn't print my orderat the very last minute leaving me empty-handed hours before Mother's Day rolls around this is not a good situation for me to be in. So I placed an order with FedEx online for a canvas print same-day pick up and one of the options listed was the Gaylord Hotel FedEx office Print Center and I checked out and then I called to make sure that it was possible to pick up same day and I was speaking with a customer service representative not on site but one of the people they connected to in the call centers and they informed me thatit would not be possible to get it same-day, but that they could connect me with the assistance, store manager who wanted to speak with me. I'm so glad I did not hang up right there. The store manager apologized and said that because they were in a hotel they do not have the printing capabilities that a standard sized FedEx store has but that what he would do is call around for me to local stores to see if he could find any store availableclose by that would be able to and was properly staffed for a same-day specialized canvas printing with no notice the day before Mother's Day and that he would call me back. I didn't really believe he would even call me back. Keep in mind. This is the day before Mother's Day, and I'm not the one that guy doing this. Well, low and behold, I get a call about 30 minutes later at 3 PM on Saturday and I was told that he found a store for me. They could have the print done not tomorrow morning but today by end of business and could I be at a certain location at 5:30 PM to pick it up. IF THIS IS NOT EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS. TO THE ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER AT THE GAYLORD HOTEL LOCATION WHO WAS WORKING SATURDAY MAY 9TH AT 2:30PM, YOU DESERVE A RAISE AND AN AWARD. ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL. My only regret is that in my franticness, I did not catch his name. I hope management does commend him for this. Outstanding service, above and beyond.

  They are inside the hotel, they charge a fee (based on weight) picking up a package and shipping a package on prepaid packages. I was on a work trip, overnighted breast milk home to my baby. They said they would call UPS to do the pickup and when I checked the next day, tracking said it was not UPS’ possession. Mind you it’s NEXT DAY AIR. I understand convenient but if it’s an important pacakage, just take it somewhere else.
