  Severely understaffed for a full service ups store. I feel sorry for the single employee that is in there most days. If there are multiple customers needing more than drop off service the line stretches to the door and sometimes beyond.

  ​I visited this location to return some Frontier equipment. (Side note: avoid Frontier if you can, it was the worst experience!) ​The UPS Store itself is solid and offers full service. They provide great flexibility by being open 7 days a week, though they do have shorter hours on Saturdays and Sundays. Just a heads-up: try to avoid their peak hours—especially around lunch (11 AM–1 PM) and right after work (4 PM–6 PM)—otherwise you'll be facing a pretty long wait.

  Elijah (Elysia, Eli) is my man! Been going to this location for the past two years and he always helps me out. Super helpful, knowledgeable, nice to customers! This is what customer service should be, kudos to the person who hired him. Always has a great attitude. You guys have a solid asset to your store. Thanks Elijah!

  This was mostly an agricultural, but now a commuter community. Opening at 6:30-7am would help a lot. People are driving to LA, Orange, Moreno Valley. Not sure who you’re catering to opening at 8:30am, but they don’t look happy in that line.

  Friendly staff and easy transaction. When no one is there, its quick an easy. When there are a lot of customers, you'll have to wait a while. But drop amazon drop off are simple and UPS drop off are too.
