Obnoxious, unhelpful staff. They were unable to provide any shipping options, schedules or even prices without entering shipping details, and in order to enter those shipping details you have to provide ID. SERIOUSLY??? All we wanted to know was the quickest option for sending documents to Seattle, WA.
FEDEX absolutely sucks. We ended up sending the shipment via a UPS store. The owner and even the UPS driver were able to provide all the information we needed without having to give our ID (or blood type!). I'll never consider Fedex as a shipping option unless I absolutely have to. And even then....
I called ahead to verify that they could scan full size blueprints, 36x48'. Yes they can, however on the phone I was quoted $7 per page, its actually $10. The staff was helpful, but be aware pricing over the phone is never accurate with fedex, multiple locations said $7 or $6 per page but speaking to a manager in store the prices are all set the same in the area: $10 per page, black and white. Again, the staff is friendly and helpful it just seems there is complete disorganization when it comes to them being able to look up pricing information, which is a problem that goes all the way to the top of fedex, not these employees.

Electric scooters with batteries not accepted, even though Google says they accept. They said to go to city of industry or to location by the airport. Location by the airport refused to take it too.
