  Do NOT do business with this store. My disabled brother was completely taken advantage of by them. His phone had locked up and he went here for assistance. He was told he needed to get a new phone. They would not allow him to use his same number and charged him $210. Two days later we were able to unlock his old phone. He returned to Cricket and requested cancellation of service and to return the new phone and obtain a refund. Even though he was within the 7-day return/refund period, he was told they would only refund $56. He was also told they could not cancel his service in the store and he needed to call their head office. When he called the head office, he was told that service could only be cancelled in the store. Additionally, the salesman in the store setup autopay on the account without authorization using the credit card that was used for payment of the phone. The only way he was able to cancel service was to cancel the autopay so that service would cancel after nonpayment. The nonpayment will now show up on his credit report. This company is run by crooks!

  I came to this store because I had a bad experience at the store in Pomona, but the young lady in this store turned my experience around. I bought a new phone and she convinced me to get auto pay. This you so much for your help Denise

  Acabo de comprar un teléfono aquí, me atendieron muy bien. Pero los mejor es que me dieron una promoción de un teléfono a un precio muy bueno. Pensé que me iban a cobrar mucho, pero fue muy razonable y mucho mejor que mi cell antiguo

  I bought my phone here almost a year ago. The staff here is always so helpful. I come here anytime I have questions or need help doingsomethjng new on my phone and they are always happy to help.
