  Terrible store! Amazon clearly stated that the original box wasn't required, yet this clerk insisted I provide one. At other UPS locations, I can return items directly without it.

  Believe all the reviews. My Bf returned a defective phone from t mobile on May 4 and Now T-Mobile saying they never got it.. We went in to request records of things they receive since everything scan in . But of course they dumb and act like they don't keep records horrible business. I filed a complaint with T-Mobile who is now doing an investigation on the business..

  will never come here again, I mailed out my girlfriends warranty phone and threw away the receipt thinking everything was good. and now im getting charged $900 because they dont keep any records and the company stated they never received the phone. and theres nothing they can do to help me.

  Unfortunately Kim, the store manager will not release items even if your name is not it, you have the tracking and you have the order number. He makes up store policies and will not give you the package even if you call corporate
