  Went to this UPS store to send a package to an army base in Missouri. When asked how I wanted to send it I said the least expensive. The employee said okay and processed the transaction. What he didn't tell me was it was gonna be sent via USPS not UPS which was a problem as the base had an issue with receiving packages via USPS. So my package was returned to me in a couple of weeks. I went into the UPS store expecting it to be sent via UPS. When I returned to the store to explain what happened I basically got, " sorry, that's too bad." FedEx will now get my business.

  Now I know why this ups store got low star, I don't even give a star for this kind of bad service attitude. Rather go further for other ups store.

  Friendly, efficient staff. Sometimes there’s a line, typically due to returns, but they handle things fairly well.
