  I was working late, so my wife went to pick up a package for me. They wouldn't release it to her even though she had the confirmation email, tracking number, and her photo ID with same last name and address. The next morning I went to pick up the package. They wouldn't release it because apparently the following don't count as valid photo identification: CA DMV Digital Driver License USA Passport USA Passport Card CA DOSH Registeration Card CA Judicial Branch Contractor ID US Department of Veterans Affairs Status Card Private Work ID

  Been here a couple times to mostly return items and to ship/drop off items. Each time have been a smooth process. I'd say they're pretty understaffed, 1-2 staff members only but they work as quick as they can. Interior is clean but can stack up pretty busy with all the boxes throughout the day. They get busy pretty often as well so expect some wait times during peak season/hours. They recently added a self serve kiosks. I see some people using it to scan in their items to speed up the process. Love the addition overall.

  The employees at the Chino Hills UPS store are phenomenal! They are friendly, helpful, skilled, efficient, and thorough. I also like the various other services they provide, making them a "go-to" store. I know that whatever I'm sending is in good hands.

  I only go to this store. They are always very friendly and extremely helpful. I don’t understand why they get a bad review cause they’re really really good. So great I even took them donuts a few times. I love them
