    We use this UPS over others because it's closest to home, but we consistently get poor service from Lynsay. We always hope that she will be nice, but every week we see her, she is consistently unpleasant. She acts like she is burdened by helping customers. Also, Lynsay does not seem competent with Amazon returns. Sometimes we use a different UPS store for Amazon returns to avoid Lynsay.
