  Kay and her staff lack customer service. This location is so close to where I live but I regret every time I come here instead of the other UPS location.

  I had to find a place to mail a document quickly and securely and I came here. TYREKE helped from the moment I called on the phone to ask about the service I needed. He was extremely helpful, patient, thorough, professional and funny!!! TYREKE you did great and I so appreciate you!! Sincerely, Mom who makes son crazy! Lol

  What's with the push on Amazon self service. I have no problem with the Kiosk at the post office. I'll will tell why, its well lit and it has a secure drop off box. I had an issue in past with a UPS return with tmodile saying they never received it. So you can understand that I wanted an real person handling my return. I get that you want your customers to use the self check but I don't need a lecture for wanting a real person to wait on me. We do pay for this service through shipping fees do we not?
