  Ordered online for pickup and they added olives to my sandwich that I did not ask for and forgot something else in other sandwich that was ordered. The sandwich itself looked disgusting and when I called to ask for my money back she said we had to complain and ask for it back where we ordered from because she didn’t know how to do that??? I would not recommend going here.

  Went to get some sandwiches just now (8:50) and they close at 10. But the person working told me it was slow so his manager said he could close early.. but he‘s just sitting there waiting for someone to pick him up their order. Getting paid for that I’m sure. Myself and another car pulled up at the same time. Makes no sense to keep your place on, pay your employee but not serve customers. Was really looking forward to it as I had a long day and didn’t get a chance to eat most of the day. So really disappointed. And hangry now.

  this is the only subway in chico that doesn't accept promotions! that makes it too expensive

  The worst sandwich i have every had from subway. Was told i could not have extra pickles. I got so little lettuce which maybe was good because it was brown. Never coming back to this Subway.
