  I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving at the store. Upon arrival no associate was up front and there were customers waiting who walked in moments before me. When the associate came out I asked if a mobile order was ready in which he said no despite the app saying it was ready. I walked back to my car, annoyed, but quiet, to get my daughter. Upon re entering the store, he was making the orders of the new customers. When called him on this he cursed at me, refused to make my order because I was acting "shitty" and made customers leave even tho I didn't say anything else to him prior to walking out to get my daughter. So not only can he not properly do his job by making a mobile order before new customers enter, but he also curses at customers and lies. Was I annoyed because my mobile order should have been done and he was nowhere to be found and then started new orders before mine? Absolutely. He took me getting my daughter as a reason to skip making my order which was placed well before those customers entered the store. I've been to this location several times and have never had an issue. Nor have I had an issue at any other subway in all the years I have been going there. He is an absolute disgrace to the company. Service workers deal with rude customers all day but this wasn't that. This was a lying, rude, manipulative employee who clearly can't do his job or politely interact with employees when he's wrong.

  I told my husband to pick me up a sandwich and to say the very least, not enough vegetables were on it and it was completely soaked by the time I got it. We don't live far from there and this was our 1st time because we just moved. Really sad and not very happy.
