  Recently stayed at the Best Western Rose Quartz Inn in Chester, California, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location on Main Street is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The property maintains high standards; the rooms were well-kept and provided a very comfortable and safe environment for my stay. I especially appreciated the amenities, including the convenient free parking and the quality of the breakfast provided. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chester.

  This place is absolutely disgusting. The food I would not even feed to my dog. Stayed here for work for 1week with no hot water. The staff couldn’t care less. No resolution was ever done for the water situation. The manger only seems to bd here for a pay check, her customer service skills are zero. From what ive heard from some of the staff, the owners of the property give 2 craps what happens here. Also nice to have a homeless camp in the back of the parking area.

  Nice hotel in the middle of Chester. Great home base for Lake Almanor and close to Lassen Park (30ish miles)

  The worker who helped us was great. Super friendly and solved the problems immediately. The room hadn't been vacuumed. Lots of stuff on the carpet. There wasn't any soap in the shower. The room was a little beat up. Needs a renovation. Little stuff was wrong too. One lightbulb burned out in the bathroom and the other bulbs were mismatched. Not important but a sign that details aren't being watched. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. The room was Not cheap. Pretty disappointed for what we paid.

  Clean location near Lassen National Park. I considered the other over night offerings, like nearby cabins, and B &B, as well as available motels/hotels, however I decided to stay at a place where you know what you are going to get, at a BW hotel. Hot tub after time in the park is a great way to end the day.
