  If I could rate this UPS a zero I would. Yesterday, I went into this store and asked if I dropped this package off, would it arrive the next day (it had a prepaid next day by air label on it), the person who attended to me said yes. This is something that had dry ice in it due to medical samples in it so obviously it was time sensitive. If they had told me it wouldn’t arrive the next day, then guess what? i would stored it in a freezer and shipped it the day after. Till today it’s still showing as “Dropped off at UPS by customer”. You have made me have sleepless night and I pray to God you never feel the way I feel right now. Thank you,

  I come here most of the time for mailing, always friendly, but today I was amazed it's a new management, whole store has changed, they have mailing boxes added, service was extremely kind. Thay did packaging for me , I am thankful. It's on Devonshire and Mason plaza.

  The store has easy access and lots of parking. The staff is nice and helpful. They accept Amazon returns. Also have mail boxes.
