I rarely leave reviews (good or bad), but I feel compelled to do one now. A HUGE shout out to Aaron and Daniel behind the counter. Every time I come in, they treat me like I’m Tom Cruise or some kind of VIP. Always smiling and friendly…the absolute BEST customer experience. They’ll make the sandwich any way you want it. If you have a coupon, they don’t act like the discount is coming out of their paycheck (dealt with that many times elsewhere). If you need help with the app, they jump right on it instead of the usual “I don’t know how the app works”. But it’s not just me. I’ve been in line and seen them treat the customers ahead of me exactly the same way. Seriously, other companies should send their CSRs here to see how great customer service is done. And I say that as the manager of customer service for a mid-size company with 87 employees under me. Because of that, I pay attention to the customer service level everywhere, and it's mostly employees that give off the vibe that they would rather be ANYWHERE than work. Many Subways and other restaurants around me, but this is my permanent go-to spot. Five HUNDRED stars!!!
