  UPS shipping and mailbox store at a very convenient location. Prompt service, cleans and organized store. I had to return something with provided shipping box and label, I was in and out in a couple of minutes.

  Mixed reviews. The gentlemen who work here are terrific. Friendly. Helpful. Great customer service. Two of the girls, however, not so much. Seem like they cannot be bothered. I’m sure they’re perfectly nice outside of work but here, unhelpful. Not knowledgeable. Not a customer in the store, I’m at the table by the mailboxes filling out something and ask for the store number…”it’s written down over here” (pointing at the main counter). Seriously?? Yes, I can totally walk to the counter and look at what you pointed at but, you can’t just tell me the store number??
