  I called to check my order status that I ordered in the same store and there’s someone called Carlos picked up the phone and he was soooooo rude , first thing he asked me is why you are calling here call any outlet store 🙄, I explained everything for him then he said exactly what are you talking about!! 👀 am I dumb to call a store with no reason, then he said I can’t help you with your order id , anyway I became angry and asked him about his name to file this complain about him . So anyone go there ask for Jerardo not Carlos .

  A very dissatisfied customer. Cerritos Michael Kors employees lack customer service skills. Return watch and will never purchase anything with Michael Kors name on it. They are in need of serious people skills.
