  My brother and I signed up for a new Auto Insurance policy today. JR was the agent that was so nice and helpful to us. He quoted us a much lower price than the USSA policy that we had. We are very, very happy with our new agent and Insurance policy.

  Susan Johnson, an agent in Carl F. Johhson’s Allstate insurance office in Cerritos CA, is an absolute GEM! In my 50 plus years of buying insurance I have never had such a capable, knowledgeable, conscientious and personable insurance agent. I wholeheartedly recommend her and the agency without reservation! I really had a problem when a broken washing machine fitting flooded our house while we were on vacation my insurance company chose not to renew my fire insurance. Fire insurance in rural areas is very difficult to get. I contacted several insurance agents but fortunes smiled upon me when I called Carl Johnsons agency and got Susan. . She really worked hard to not only find me new fire and loss insurance she reviewed all my insurance: auto, liability and general coverage. Did I need rental car coverage when we have 4 vehicles with only two drivers? The “no” answer saved some significant money! I ended up with a better insurance package for noticeably less money than any of the other agents I contacted. . She followed up on all the details; made sure I understood the relative risks and costs that helped me make sensible decisions. If you want an agent that works hard for you - call Susan!
