  This place is honestly ridiculous. They never have change for $100 bill. They don't even tell you when you order over the phone that they don't break $100 bills, secondly half of the time they don't even put your order in and you show up and have to order it again and wait there for 30 minutes. This has happened to me repeatedly at this business. So if you come here you just have to expect these things but I would give this place a one-star because management is very horrible and disrespectful. They can care less. The wings are pretty good but the service is very unprofessional and horrible

  Do not order from this location! They will give you dry wings. They mess up every franchise they touch in this area. It’s all dry. I come to do business and without fail the franchises screw up all of our orders. 😂😂😂 Then locals expect you to like it. They send threats if you share your honest review.

  The guy at the counter was extremely rude and had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I told him my name, he said it wasn’t ready.. i asked him how long he said 10 minutes even though my email said it had been ready. I asked for my drinks while i waited and he ignored me and started helping everyone behind me while I was at the register… when i pulled up the email he magically found my order all ready.. gave me two small sodas and i corrected him saying i got a 32oz and a small and he pulled up the receipt as if i was lying or hurting him to give me what i paid for. This experience completely ruined my appetite and i will never return here.. I’ll make sure my family and friends know exactly how i was treated as well..

  On May 15, 2026 I went in after I got off work. I ordered something new to me "Hawaiian" wings. When I got to my car I tasted one and it was super sweet and bitter. I immediately went back in and asked for the Manager. I told her the wings tasted bad and could she offer a different flavor. She said "no", that's what you ordered. I asked for the franchise owner's name and number and she refused. Please don't eat here. The service is awful and the manager is of no help. If the owner reads this, I want a complete refund. Just TRASH!
