  So, I'm giving this place 5 stars purely on how helpful the people working there are. I feel a bit like I ended up at an odd FedEx, this one is inside of one of the towers in century city (I sort of apprehensively walked in unsure of if I was even going to find the business I was looking for). They don't have a comprehensive store there by any means, but the staff was so ridiculously helpful! I asked if they sold stamps, they don't... but she just gave me one of her personal ones so I could mail a letter off once I found an outgoing mail box. Amazing! I went in hoping to do a billion things, only got one done but the customer service was so great I didn't even notice.

  Terrible customer service. Thanks to FedEx Office Century city I have to one-day messenger documents at a cost of hundreds of dollars and hours of drive time because their manager gave bad directions to find their office then rushed to lock up as early as humanly possible so I couldn't get the documents in on time. Unhelpful, surly, and uninterested in assisting customers.

  Local, friendly, responsive, and reasonably priced... I love FedEx Office Ship Center! I came in to print programs for a show, they helped cut the paper, staple the covers, and made sure I got everything on time for the show.
