  Came tried to order through drive thru no one helped me I looked inside and employee was sitting down just using her phone not trying to take any orders

  It’s hard to meet such unkind and disrespectful service. The woman looked like she worked there for some kind of a punishment. From the very beginning she seemed unfriendly when we asked about an offer. Then, even though our two sandwiches were ready laying next to the cash register, we had to wait until the lady makes another 3 sandwiches for the next person in line. We asked if we can buy them, but no she was too lazy to take off the gloves and put them after one more time. Our meal was already cold. After we already got them we heard that we cannot eat inside because it’s closing soon. I doubt it as another clients were coming as well as it was 4.40 p.m. I think it’s an act of disrespect for a customer, maybe if we didn’t have to wait so long for her to fulfill the other order, we could make it in time and eat as a civilized people. I asked her why shy couldn’t tell us earlier about it, she answered “I didn’t have to” . Thanks for sharing empathy with your clients. :)))
