  Had a great experience in the Castro Valley UPS store today. I needed some documents notarized & the on-site Notary, Nik, was a total professional. Courteous, patient, & very helpful. Hats off to him, he is a very competent employee. I'd give him 11 out 10. 😀

  Cora is the best at her job, and that has been twenty years plus! I have had the pleasure to receive her professional support for almost that same amount of time . Becoming more rare , Cora is noticeably a dedicated employee, that actually cares about helping others. Thank you 🙏

  Danielle in the Castro Valley, Ca Store is the consumate professional. She helped me with a challenging overnight package and just made it seamless. Great attitude and very knowledgeable. I’d recommend this store specifically because off Danielle’s treatment of me and my business transaction.

  Great service. There’s sometimes a line but the workers are very friendly. Interacted with Mikya today and she was very kind especially when I didn’t realize I had to package the return myself. She helped me out with an extra Amazon bag.
