  Says my food's ready come inside says it's ready on the pickup board but she tells me another 5 to 10 minutes then proceeds to tell me that the soda machine is broken so I can either get water or tea so that means if the soda machine is broken why are you guys selling combos so I asked for a refund she tells me I bought my stuff online so I can't get a refund but I can take my cup and bring it back next time if I want and put soda in it for free are you kidding me Wingstop you make millions of dollars pay someone from the service company at Coke to get out here and fix the soda machine this is completely unacceptable it's basically false advertisement and then all you have in your soda cooler is water and monster so water monster and tea absolutely no soda which you are advertising on your website which I bought on your website so you need to have a way to take it off or be able to give someone a refund because that's completely unacceptable you literally stole from me at this point I could have paid way less than just went to 7-Eleven and got the 59 Cent soda on sale right now for the same size cup but instead I get a combo and can't get a drink can't get a refund does my food's ready on the board and online but my food's not ready for 10 minutes the place is dirty like it's ridiculous never coming back here again

  Stopped on my way home and ordered the five piece tenders meal with carrots and ranch. When I got home, there was no ranch and they gave me celery and carrots. I ate the tenders. Which ended up giving me mild food poisoning. The staff and service were fine but this is the third time they’ve screwed up my order.
