    Had the most amazing experience at this Subway. The staff is great and there customer service is amazing. Today, had the foot long turkey on white bread, extra lettuce, cheese and meat. It was so fresh. The store was super clean! Thank you Subway staff and owner. Harry Irvine

    For the price the sandwiches should have fresher ingredients . The staff is nice and the location is great, pretty busy area.

    First and foremost, I want to commend Luis for his customer service... It was excellent, he made the experience pleasant today, so keep up the good work! The food was good, and tasty as always. I'm really enjoying the perks of having the app and getting rewarded a fourth free footlong sub! I strongly recommend this spot for a quick bite to keep those hunger cravings satisfied.

    Subways have been going downhill for a while now even before the pandemic. Customer service is not what it used to be it's supposed to be your way but when asking for something most of the sandwich artists like they like this say on ads have a problem with it/attitude when you ask for extra mayonnaise or something. Then putting the main items on the sandwich they cheat you out of it. You can put it in writing what you want on your sandwich and how you want it especially if you do it online they do not do exactly what you don't want. Talking to the manager is a joke. App ordering is a joke too. They told me to Uber my order. But going into and watching them make it might be good but you'll be the judge on that. I remember in the 90s better service and food portions. But management biases hiring females only instead of males. Especially the Norwalk one. But both Carson subways are the same pretty much marginal customer service especially at night. Food ok Service ok Cleanness ok/good Parking ok Security ok had a sketchy guy not a customer there that night more like using the place to watch somebody. Feeling welcome not really My favorite sandwich was the Crab before that was the lobster. The taco Sub was good too.

    This the worst subway I have ever been to. The lady was very disrespectful to me by yelling at me what I wanted. She was very rude when asking what I wanted. Do not know how they hire these people if they can not handle a simple order. Avoid this subway. Worst customer service.
