This is the worse Subway I have ever been to & after my 2 time coming & having a bad experience with the same person I believe she is the manger her name is Elizabeth.
Quick back story I am a spicy girl I love jalapeños. If I’m making a sandwich “my way” I should be able to get it spicy with more than 8 jalapeños. This is the 2nd & last time I’m going to subway get a sandwich not made to my preference. Now because she wanted to be stingy with me I will never come back here and all of my family and friends I will make sure they know never eat at this LOCATION.
Subway I understood nothing is free I should have an option to pay for extra (which I offered but she refused) also the person before me did not get jalapeños there is no way my extra couple of jalapeños would’ve effect the company or it’s inventory but now those couple of jalapeño just lost y’all a customer for life!
Elizabeth needs to be reminded what customers service is . Something so simple to fix. I’ll give a couple extra thank you for being a loyal customer but nope instead she didn’t care about me or the company losing business. Please retrain her or be prepared for more lost customers!!!!!!

kiosks order is awful very bad experience need to fix the price according to the advertised or someone will sue for falsa advertise just waste my time me and my granpa in this horrible place

Normally we Can order through the line versus the kiosk because I order a double meat sandwich for my child. This time around I was not able to. The only employee here told me the district leader informed them that we the customer had to use the kiosk instead. Which the employee was very polite and kind about it. Unfortunately, and sadly because of this regulation of ordering through the kiosk. I will not be returning to a subway.

Kiosk makes things very difficult. I walked out along with two other customers. You cannot order person to person. You also cannot customize your sandwich the way you want it. Only a few options for bread, But I see the one I want in front of me. Just can't order it. This location is definitely worth avoiding.

I ordered a sandwich cheese garlic that regrettable preparation the two people who are at 2 pm at 3pm should train them better, I think they fit me better, this is the second time the first time I had to cancel the order because it was not seen that they advance with the sandwiches.
