    extremely rude workers , girl with the red hair complaining that she has to work here , girl if you’re not happy with your job leave lol and the girl with braids has an ugly attitude towards customers. if a job makes you that miserable, there’s plenty of other jobs.

    This place has the new kiosks. The employees now use this as a way to ignore the customers. They stand there chatting taking 15 minutes to make two sandwiches during the lunch rush. Then when you try to clarify that you dont want your sandwich heated up, they act like they dont understand what you are saying. To the point when the other employee asked her what's up she said I dont know. If she recognizes this then that means she did in fact know and was just being rude.

    The bread is too hard and stale, and they use way too much dressing—making the sandwich excessively salty and put together with absolutely no care.

    I know leaving a review like this may not make much difference, but I wanted to share my experience anyway. Ever since the touch-screen kiosks were installed, ordering seems to take much longer. Many customers appear unfamiliar with the system, which slows the process down quite a bit. I asked one employee if I could order at the counter and was told yes, but when I walked up, another employee told me I had to use the kiosk instead. After waiting for a while and seeing how long the line was taking, I decided to leave. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t worth the wait this time. I’ll probably choose Jersey Mike’s or a local sandwich shop instead in the future.
