  Sunday August 23, 2026. As I opened the door to walk in, I noticed how dirty the glass door was. It looked like there was spit residue or who knows what it was. Just dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in years. (I can only imagine the cleanliness in the kitchen). Simply poor management at it's best! Second: I've always been greeted immediately upon entering by employees at other Subways, (which is a warm welcome upon entering) Here, nothing but silence, not even a hello or what can I get you today, just felt awkward until I spoke what I wanted literally! Made me realize how simple manners do go a long way. But anyway, just my opinion. Nothing but a little more re-training could help perhaps!
