  I came to this FedEx location around 8:30am this morning. A lady about 5’4 or 5’5 long black curly hair told me I couldn’t return my item (an item that I have returned multiple times because the sizes don’t fit) because of the box that it came in. I informed her that my QR code clearly stated no box or labeled needed. Her response “I understand that, but that box doesn’t fit our requirements”. And she tried to get me to purchase a box or bag from their store. I don’t think she understood that the box I had was the box the item came in. I returned to the store after work about 630pm because I’ve returned things to this location multiple times and I’ve never had a problem. Richard assisted me, took my box, and gave me my receipt. I informed him what happened earlier this morning and he said “it says you don’t need a box, we provide one or a bag” he also said he would ask who worked in the morning. So just in case it slipped his mind to follow up, I’m writing this review. 5 stars for Richard who works in the afternoon. 0 stars for the woman who “assisted” me this morning.
