  I had a great experience at the UPS Store Mid Valley thanks to Harmony. She was the only employee working at the time, yet somehow managed to help multiple customers at once without making anyone feel ignored or waiting too long. She stayed calm, organized, and incredibly friendly the entire time, handling everything efficiently while still giving each person proper attention. That kind of multitasking and customer service is rare to see. Really impressed with her professionalism and work ethic—she made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy. Big shoutout to Harmony!
