Okay, I have to give a shout out to Richard, Brooke, Josiah. What a great team! So helpful, professional, and thorough. They did a great job boxing, mailing and coordinating the shipping! They are way under paid for the work and skill that they possess! They could each teach a course on customer service!

I’ve lived in Carmel for five years now, and between all the traveling my family does, I’ve made this UPS Store my home base. Let’s be clear: mail is the one thing that connects all of us, and it needs a reliable home.
What makes this location fantastic is the experience and the genuine care they show every customer. They truly know the people coming in and out. When you need something scanned, want to explain what’s important, or need help on a project, they listen, they understand, and they execute.
A huge thank you to Maggie, Raine, and the entire team for all the care they’ve given me and my family. And I appreciate the management for keeping things on such an even keel. Leadership and teamwork are just so profoundly important, and this place is a shining example of both. Highly recommend.

My mother trusted this location to package and ship a 47lb hand carved marble statue. On Tuesday 4/21 I received the damaged packaged and inspected the item. The same day, I called at 5:49PM and was transferred to outside UPS customer service instead of having someone from the store answer. No big deal. Google hours may be incorrect. On Wednesday 4/22 I called 7:30am and left a voicemail, then called again at 8:27am where the call was answered and I received an answer to my question of their protocol for packing a heavy and fragile item. When told I needed them to file a claim with me over the phone, I was told to call back & speak to the manager about getting help with filing a claim (since the online option they suggested was not working for me because I tried on 4/21). My mother ended up calling this location before her surgery and spoke to a wonderful employee who helped her start said claim.
This item was bubble wrapped beautifully. HOWEVER, the bubble bags surrounding it did not hold up within the first NOR second box it ended up arriving in IE damaged box within a damaged box. There was also no indication of “handling with care” or warning of “fragile item” on the outside of the package.
For $200 to package and ship.. My mother was taken advantage of when entrusting you.
