  Maggie at the store was sensational! She dug deep into her own knowledge, helped me through fingerprint. Went online to find solutions to complex issues to which I should have had the answers myself. All the while cheerful, efficient. A real customer experience UPS should be proud of. She obviously cares about performance and I noticed all other employees come to her for solutions. I hope you pay her at top of scale plus Ambassador John Bohn

  Couldn't be worse. They lose packages ALL THE TIME have given me other peoples packages. They even lost a wheel chair that I purchased for my disabled father. They deny all of it and treat you like dirt. Don't use if possible.

  We shipped golf clubs and 4 40 # boxes of clothes and other items needed for a two month vacation from Texas to California. The UPS employees on both ends were very helpful. Especially would like to recognize Maggie at the UPS store at Crossroads Shopping Center in Carmel CA. In addition to helping us with deliveries Maggie signed us up for a personal postal box while in Carmel as she has done for the last three years. Bravo Maggie from Frances and Tim😊

  Okay, I have to give a shout out to Richard, Brooke, Josiah. What a great team! So helpful, professional, and thorough. They did a great job boxing, mailing and coordinating the shipping! They are way under paid for the work and skill that they possess! They could each teach a course on customer service! Great team work!!
