  I have used this store a couple of times and had no issue. Today, I received a very important document in the mail that needed my daughters signature. It is due to be turned in in a very few days. I just dropped her off at out of state college. I asked the young man behind the counter if he could scan it for me and also mentioned that there was 1 legal size document. He literally did everything in his power to discourage me from having them do this even though his boss said he could. He kept shrugging his shoulders and saying "I dont know". Now I understand maybe he didn't know how, but the level of 'get out of here cuz I dont wanna' was pretty strong. In addition, they lost out on $30 of business which isn't much but I will not go back again even though it is 2 minutes away. I said that I didn't think he wanted to do it and left. Went down the street to Staples and was treated well, and the document was scanned. He was young and his boss should have handled this better. If it was his boss.

  I don’t know where to start,Jeff is the man!! There was a problem with a package I was sending out and through no fault of this ups store the package was lost. Jeff helped me out and when the help from upper ups got slow he replaced my lost item out of pocket. He absolutely had no responsibility or reason outside of being a him being awesome to do that. I couldn’t recommend using this location enough.

  This is literally the best UPS / shipping store I’ve ever been to. The staff are so friendly and speedy. Definitely recommend :)

  I went here to pick up some mail and packages last Tuesday. The owner, Jeff, and his team were so friendly and professional, I couldn't have asked for better service!

  The staff is incredibly friendly. They actually care about their customers and want to ensure they get what they need in a logistics company. Highly recommend!! Thanks for the help this morning you saved me a lot of time and driving!
