  Kenyatta, the staff member who helped me at your Westford, MA location, was patient, friendly, kept his composure as the store got busy, and went above and beyond my expectations. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I really used to vouch for the store because it gets very busy, but I have never been so disrespected in my life. This storefront has now officially lost two of my packages equating to $2000 worth of my artwork. I highly recommend not going here. And if you’re going to drop off anything with UPS, make sure you have proof of documentation. The manager is absolutely rude as hell, even when you spent countless hours being incredibly nice to them. I have been dealing with a lost package that was the store front fault and they refuse to help me. They just keep putting their hands up and refusing to help provide proof that I was there. The manager even hung up on me and verbally attacked me when she misunderstood what I was saying. I’m extremely disappointed at this storefront and it has officially been reported to the Better Business Bureau

  thanks, no thanks. slow unprofessional guys working there just grinding up, especially one of the guys. when there are four very simple print out of 6 pages. after like a 10 minute or so of him being on the computer, he comes up with something with a page that is barely legible later I noticed that this is not the entire email i sent . kaden tells me if it’s a PDF it will be a much better quality which makes no sense moving on. I ask him about. Could you help me save it as a PDF on my iPhone he’s like no I can’t well I’m thinking that the person who is handling print jobs at UPS should be trained to know how to help customers emulating in my 50s. I mean, I could use a little bit of help so he’s like no I can’t and long story I chose to print the three print jobs and yeah, it turns out that he’s kept an important part of the email message that was supposed to be printed a job that should’ve taken five minutes. Tops is now like one hour Job cause I had to go to my laptop, save it into PDF, etc. etc..
