  That lady in glasses is extremely rude and unfriendly, I ordered my food and scanned for my rewards to get a free cookie, she didn’t even bother giving it to me. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

  Visited this location and received a warm welcome as soon as I entered. Steven and Ysur both treated me kindly I accidentally spilt a side of ranch and they both were kind to me. Ysur was quick to get me another side and Steven offered to clean it up but I insisted on cleaning it myself. Overall great experience.

  Kayla was a rude lady from the beginning of the service to the end. After all that I went to pay with cash at 11am. And I was told she could not take my money cause her boss left her with only ones. We r talking about a Subway that is in Carlsbad with business customer's and they do not carry cash. They where more willing to throw the 2 Subs away. They started working on the next custom instead. Wow... never again ....
