This place is awesome. Extremely helpful and Daniel got me exactly what I needed in order to be able to ship out my documentation. 6 out of 5 stars!

Just drove 20 minutes to this FedEx shipping center. And they couldn't ship my product. I'm on vacation and I do not have access to a printer. So I made the stupid assumption that they could print it for me. And then make the shipment. They have no ability to print. Then they told me to drive 10 minutes to Staples because Staples could print it and ship it. Wrong again, Staples doesn't handle FedEx. At least not at the location they sent me to.

You can pay for 2 day shipping and they’ll send it in 4. Terrible service.

This fed ex office is giant. So far I have had no issues asking to have my deliveries shipped here for pickup. I can pick up on my own schedule instead of waiting for the guy to show up to sign a paper. But I do have to say again two years ago FedEx lost a plywood crate (5 ft x 2ftx 2 ft) that was being shipped to me. How can you lose a crate that big!!! The item in side was old and not valuable to many people but was for me. Insurance paid for the loss, but what a shame.
