  This fed ex office is giant. So far I have had no issues asking to have my deliveries shipped here for pickup. I can pick up on my own schedule instead of waiting for the guy to show up to sign a paper. But I do have to say again two years ago FedEx lost a plywood crate (5 ft x 2ftx 2 ft) that was being shipped to me. How can you lose a crate that big!!! The item in side was old and not valuable to many people but was for me. Insurance paid for the loss, but what a shame.

  The staff were very helpful at this location. They did not turn me away. The other locations gave me a hard time returning a package that was heavy, but this location made it easy. I don’t understand why the other locations didn’t want to take the package; I assumed they just didn’t wanna help me.
