  I might be biased because I just had an extremely frustrating experience with FedEx. But what was an impossible shipping scenario for FedEx turned out to be super simple for UPS, so I’ll be going here for my future shipping needs

  Everyone at this location is so kind, say hello, know my name and are always very friendly and helpful. I enjoy coming to this store to say hello to all the people who work here. I have never had a problem with anything I've shipped or received and have been coming here weekly for about 3 years. Thank you!

  Had a weird Amazon return that required me to go to UPS specifically. Anyhow, I walked into the store and right away was greeted by Luis. He walked me through the process of this kind of Amazon return, and was very helpful with the return process altogether. After he gave me my receipt and let me know how I could track my package. Luis really made my visit easy and worry free! I will be back!
