  My fiance and I were in town in may and your store had the iPhone 17 pro max. The lady did the upgrade and it was through progressive leasing. It was supposed to be 4 payments of ~$300. She told us that they were doing a special for a few free accessories. Because they were free we grabbed a case, speaker and charging dock. Well fast forward to now they charged a 5th payment. We had zero information and not getting emails… well this lady made up a random email so we couldn’t get receipts and ended up charging us for the accessories. $110 for some off brand $20 speaker, $70 for the $20 dock and $130 for random other stuff. We were completely scammed by this store and the employee and we are going to the better business bureau.

  Me and my wife came in and we thought it was going to take forever. The girl working there Diana had the whole place vibing multitasking different accounts and new lines. Her energy was amazing and had the whole store laughing and having a good time. Mind you she was extremely busy and just had the whole thing popping out of amazingness. NEVER have we had quite the most amazing experience at Any Cricket Experience ever. Capital Mall is now our favorite spot to go to. We love Diana's energy an enthusiasm. If we could give more than five stars we would definitely give more than five stars
