  Mala Atención marcan los pedidos de uber que ya fueron entregados y al parecer se los quedan causando problemas a los conductores de uber eats 🙄

  I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at Wingstop. I arrived to pick up an order, and it wasn’t ready. That already set a bad tone, but I was willing to wait. After spending a significant amount of time there, the situation only got worse. An employee refused to complete the order, specifically refusing to provide the drink, and then started speaking to me in an incredibly rude and disrespectful manner. The interaction escalated to the point where I was verbally abused and ultimately told to leave the restaurant — without receiving the order I was there to pick up. This is beyond unprofessional. It’s outright unacceptable. No customer — or delivery driver — should ever be treated this way. This reflects very poorly on the management and overall standards of this location. If this is how they handle orders and customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this place entirely. I expect businesses to at least meet basic standards of respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, this location failed completely.

  It was my first time at any Wingstop and I honestly could not be more blown away by Sean’s professionalism. There is so much bad service at restaurants and establishments these days , we already pay so much and everyone expects 20% and up for sub par of average service. This was different, I got five star fine dining service from Sean. Everything from the second I entered was on point, how he greeted me even though he was busy taking an over the phone order, to suggesting that I try different sauces and bringing them to me and making me and everyone who came in laugh. He embodies the spirit of hospitality. I would stop by just to grab fries and say what’s up say what’s up.

  Its a hit or miss on this place,sometimes its really good ,sometimes its tough to chew the chicken like its been cooked and serve again
