  This is my go-to Amazon drop-off location nearest to me. I love that it's very convenient, has free parking and the staff are very accommodating and fairly nice. Sometimes, it does get busy and have a line but they do have self-service return drop off station which is easy to do.👍🏻

  THEY STEAL PACKAGES AT THIS STORE! I dropped my package off 4/4 and was given a delivery day of 4/9. My package has not been received and is listed as “delayed”. Come to find out they “shipped” my package 4/4, but didn’t create the label until 4/6. Therefore they “shipped” my package without a label aka the guy at the counter STOLE MY PACKAGE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Update: I had to email the CEO to get any help because this store was no help and neither was their customer service or the manager or the store. The CEO team found my package and shocker my valuable items were stolen, but they left the rest. Again do not support this store and I reported them and the person who helped me to the CEO team.

  The boy who picked up phone call was disgustingly rude for no reason. He needs some training of customer service.

  It's 8:45am on friday 2/13/26 and the store is closed. Lights off and the doors are locked. Online it says it's open. What a waste of time.
