  This location FedEx has the worst delivery drivers they find excuses for not to deliver door to door service. Though the gate is closed there is always in and out flow traffic where the gate will be opened for every 2 min and we never missed a single package delivered from Amazon till date but these FedEx drivers particularly this location drivers are lazy who makes their customers fools by simply placing the reciept on the gate and make their customers to come to their location and pickup the package. Almost every one in my circle from our community have faced the same experience

  I sent an overnight envelope to be mailed across town (Canoga Park to Sherman Oaks) and the clerk assured me I would be emailed the tracking number. I received nothing. I tried to call about it, but the automated system was zero help, and wouldn’t get a live person on the phone… without a tracking number.

  Stuff very abrupt and unhelpful. I returned a package which they delivered to me and Gave me a hard time about returning it.

  Lady at the front desk on Thursday was rude and unhelpful. I take a package i can’t leave there and she was like “that’s not here and don’t have label, next” totally unhelpful
