  I’m sure my small parcel will be delivered just fine, however, the fact that I was told I would be charged SIX dollars to print the prepaid label I have been sent to send my item was outrageous. I drove to FedEx to print my label and then returned to send my package.

  Paid $5.99 extra to get my package to this store and when I came to pick it up no one could find it. With some back and forth I found out that the owner (Silpa) rejected it. No one could explain why and what to do. Luckily I managed to reschedule the delivery to another place. Avoid this store.

  I had a very disappointing experience with the notary service at this location. My document was notarized incorrectly, which caused my apostille application to be rejected. I had to go to another notary service to have it corrected, and the mistake also caused delays in my paperwork. I went back to the store to speak with the manager, but the manager was not available. I was told to send an email instead. I did so, but I still have not received any response. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up and customer service has been very disappointing.
